The American Muslim Leadership Council (AML Council) AML COUNCIL Strongly condemns the recent bombing attacks in New York and Jersey. Furthermore, we condemn the violence attacks in Minnesota and pray for the quick recovery of the victims and law enforcement officers.
Aml Council commends Law-enforcement agencies, and first responders for the great and fast actions in the arrest of one of the bombing suspects.
Terrorism can be confronted without engaging in exaggerations of its it’s incidence or oversimplification of the possible solutions.
“I believe the continuation of dialogue between law-enforcement and the American Muslim community is very crucial”

Today, our center received another threat, yet as backlash of these attacks, many community members contacted us to report incidents of backlash, and much more. Therefore, I would like to mind the public that hates enter is our common enemy and we cannot let it divide us” Imam added.

The call by candidate Donald Trump to “Profile” is not a a solution to the issue of radicalization and home grown terror. These comments are enticing people to widen the gap, rather than bridging the gap, during tough times.
“I would like to urge all law-enforcement, American Muslim community leaders, and community leaders at large to take this incident to raise awareness of the importance of collaborative effort that should take place during the time our country’s going through these attacks” Imam Helmi Abufarah Agha stated , The executive director of the American Muslim Leadership Council (AML Council, Kissimmee FL) AML COUNCIL believe its doing its part,and the local Islamic Centers in raising awareness of radicalization in our community, as well as working with its law-enforcement partners to keep our community safe . “The number of complaints of hate crimes against community members have increased, and I humbly ask everyone that we don’t let these incidents divide us but rather bring us together”
