AML Council to participate in DHS CRCL Central Florida Quarterly Community Engagement Roundtable

The American Muslim Leadership Council (AML Council) was invited to Department of Homeland Security Central Florida Quarterly Community Engagment Roundtable schaduled for Wednesday September 27th, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at The Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

AML COUNCIL will be represented by its Executive Director Imam Helmi Abufarah Elagha

The council has a history of conducting several roundtables, and community engagement in the past. More specifically, the American Muslim Leadership Council Executive Director Imam Helmi El Agha has initiated and founded a program titled “Bridge the Gap”, in which city, county, state, and federal law-enforcement have attended, as well as Educators, Community Members,Interfaith Leaders, and government representatives.
Further more, among the previous guest attendees were former US attorney lee Bentley, Michigan former US attorney Jeffry Collins, Central Florida FBI agent in charge Paul Wyspaul, And other respected members from the community.
