لشراء المركز و الأرض . ولقد حفز جميع الأخوه و الأخوات بأن نحاول جمع بقيه ثمن شراء المركز و الأرض بدلا من
استلاف باقي ثمن الشراء
12/31/2018 من البنك كقرض . عقد الشراء ينص بأن إتمام الشراء يجب أن يتم قبل تاريخ
تم تقيم المركز و الأرض التابعة للمسجد عن طريق شركة مخصصه في هذا الأمر و بفضل الله تم تقيم المركز مقارنة في العقارات في المنطقةبمليونين و ثلاثمئة ألف دولار و وهو سعر الذي تم الاتفاق عليه في عقد الشراءهذه نسخة من التقرير
All Praise is due to Allah and May peace and blessing be upon our Beloved Prophet Muhammad Saw, We have been able to raise by the mercy of Allah One Million and One Hundred Thousand Dollars to purchase the Center. The price of the purchase is Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars. Many of the Brothers and Sisters encouraged us to raise the balance of the purchase, rather than taking a loan, and in the meanwhile have the loan as a back. Therefore, we began to fundraise for the amount of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars.
Furthermore, for the record, we have obtained an appraisal who apprised the Center and Land at $2,300,000 (Please see the report attached)
