بيان هام من المركز الاسلامي الامريكي القياده:
المركز الإسلامي الأمريكي يصدر بيانا هاما من باب الامانه وتبراءه الذمه امام الله عز وجل ،
اولا”: شرح موضوع جمع التبرعات في
، السنوات التي مضت سبب جمع التبرعات ، وكيفيه انفال التبرعات
ثانيا: اعلان بيع المركز والارض مع العلم انه وقف ولكن من باب الضروره قد نضطر الىالبيع من باب المصلحه العامه
اولا”: تاريخ وتفاصيل جمع التبرعات :
توضيح جمع التبرعات في السنوات التي مضت . قد يكون الامر اختلط على بعض المتبرعين ، والسببيعود الى وجود عده مشاريع تم انجازها بفضل الله في وقت قصير .
لذلك اردنا المشاركه ان للمشاريع التي تم انجازها :
مشروع شراء الأرض والمركز 2,200,000 دولار وقد تم شراء الأرض والمركز في شهر 5/2019، وقدتم دفع 1,000,000 دولار دفعة أولى والباقي على دفعات شهريه عن طريق صاحب المبنى والأرضوالدفعات الشهرية هي 10,200 دولار(صوره العقد والشيكات للدفعات الشهريه ملحق بهذا الايميلوموجود على موقع المركز )
مشروع بناء اول مدرسة إسلامية في المحافظة من التمهيدي إلى الصف التاسع، في سنة 2019 ، تم جمع مليون ومءيتين الف دولار لبناء المدرسة، توصيل الكهرباء، المجاري، الرخص،التصميمات، الزرع، وجميع مستلزمات بناء المدرسة للحصول على الترخيص من الولاية وفي شهرثلاثة لسنة 2020 تم الحصول على الترخيص بافتتاح المدرسة وتم افتتاح المدرسة في شهر8/2020
مشروع تأثيث الفصول، شراء الكتب الدراسية والإسلامية، المرتبات والمصاريف لأول سنة وضمانبعض الطلبة الذين لم يحصلوا على المنح من الحكومة تم جمع ذلك في شهر 8/2020
مشروع تسديد العجز الميزانية المدرسة في السنة الأولى، مبلغ العجز 160,000 دولار للمحاولهبالحفاظ على المدرسة و إكمال السنة الدراسية لسنة 2020 /2021, أغلقت المدرسة لمدة شهرينوأفتك حاجة في يوم 16/2 21. لعدم وجود السيولة المادية للدفع المرتبات والمصاريف
ثانيا : اعلان بيع الارض والمركز واغلاق المدرسه من باب الضروره ،
من الواجب الشرعي هو اعلام جميع المتبرعين الذين تبرعوا الى مشروع شراء المركز الاسلامي والارض ،وبناء المدرسه الاسلاميه .
التفاصيل :
الطلاب في ولايه فلوريدا يحصلون على منح دراسيه للاهالي المحدودين الدخل (من دخلهم اقل من ١٥٠الف دولار سنويا يستطيعون الحصول على المنح الدراسيه ) وبناء” عليه كان قرار افتتاح المدرسه مناجل خدمه الجاليه لعدم وجود مدرسه اسلاميه وايضا للحاجه الماسه لوجود دخلا للمركز الاسلاميلسداد المصاريف الشهريه (مرتب اداريين ، كهرباء، ماء ، الزباله ، التصليحات الازمه ، المصاريفالعامه ) خصوصا وان المركز الاسلامي كمنظمه غير ربحيه تقوم على عده مشاريع لخدمه الجاليهالاسلاميه في المنطقه وتقديم المساعدات لهم ، القيام على برامج دعويه للجهات الحكوميه والقطاعالخاص ، والبرامج الدعويه في قطاع التعليم والامن لتوعيتهم وتعليمهم بالاسلام والمسلمين والتعريفبالاسلام بشكل عام ، مساعده المسلمين الزوار وخاصه ان المركز يقع في منطقه سياحيه وبذلك هو وجههكثير من المسلمين وايضا تقديم الخدمات للمسلمين الذين يلجأون للمركز الاسلامي للمساعده فيالمشاكل التي تواجه ابناءهم في المدراس الحكوميه والجامعات والكليات المحليه ، واداره التعليم فيالمنطقه خاصه وان المسلمين واجهوا موجة من المضايقات والعنصريه في السنوات الاخيرة والمركزالاسلامي منظمه غير ربحيه كان ملجا الكثير من المسلمين وساعدتهم في مواجهه العقبات
ولذلك عندما اتخذنا قرار بناء المدرسه كان من باب الحاجه وللبحث عن وقف يعود للمركز الاسلامي بدخلشهري . عندما اعلن عن المبلغ الذي كنا بحاجه له كان جراء العجز المادي ، ولكن ، كانت هناك عده امورادت الى العجز المادي خارجه عن سيطرتنا منها :
تقديم المركز الاسلامي على منحه من البنك الاسلامي للتنمية ، وبعد تقديم الاستمارات ، والاوراقالرسميه المنظمه وتصديق الاوراق ، وصلنا الرد بالموافقه وطلب زياره المركز من ممثل البنكوالاسلامي ، وبعد زياره ممثل البنك وحصول المنظمه على الموافقه والمنحه ب ٣٠٠ الف دولار تماشعار المركز انه تم تاجيل المنحه السنه القادمه سنه ٢٠٢٠ وفي سنه ٢٠٢٠ تم اسعارنا بتاجيلالمنحه للسنه القادمه (اوراق البنك والموافقه مع الايميل ) ،
وعد احد التجار يتكاليف الاليكترونيات ووكمبيترات التلاميذ والتعهد بمرتب المدرسين للغه العربيهوالقران للعام الدراسي وبعد عده دفعات ام اشعارنا بعدم سداد باقي المبلغ لخساره في التجاره
انسحاب بعد الطلبه بعد انتقال اهاليهم من المنطقه الذي ادى الى عجز كبير في دخل المدرسه
قله التسجيل من الطلبه بسبب الكورونا
افتتاح المدرسه في اول سنه من التمهيدي الى الصف التاسع الذي ادى إلى مصاريف عاليه معالعلم ان المدارس الاسلاميه في المحافظه المجاوره ليس فيها فصل تاسع ووجود حاجه للفصلالتاسع ، وبذلك كثرت المصاريف لوجود عشر فصول
وبناء عليه ، نريد أن نشكر كل من قدم ودعم وتربع لهذا الصرح الكبير لخدمه المسلمين ، ونبلغ اخوانناوأخواتنا المتبرعين أننا اجتهدنا وصلنا إلى ما وصلنا إليه بفضل الله ثم تبرعاتكم ولكن للأسف إن لمنستطيع جمع العجز المادي 160,000 دولار قبل 1/3/2021 سوف نضطر إلى إغلاق المركز وبيعالمركز والأرض من باب المصلحة العامة و سوف يتم التبرع بالمال لمنظمه اسلاميه وسوف يتم اعلان الجههالتي سوف يتم التبرع اليها .
الرجاء ان لاتنسونا من صالح الدعاء ، ونحن متفاءلين وغير ياءيسين قانطين من رحمه الله والغيورين علىدين الله
سوف يتم ارسال هذه الرساله لاكثر من الفي مسلم ، فاذا تبرع كل منا بخمسين او خمس دولارات سوفيتم جمع العجز المادي ، ونتفادى بيع واغلاق بيت الله ، الرجاء مشاركه الاخرين بالمشروع والدعاء لنابالتوفيق فنحن في بلد غير مسلم وعلى ثغره ساءلين الله ان يجعلكم مفتاحا للفرج ويجعلكم من اهلالفردوس

We would like to begin by thanking all the brothers and sisters who have supported in our journey
On behalf of the American Muslim Leadership Council , The Council Advisory Board would like to Announce the closing and Sell of the center , due to Budget Deficit and to save the assets spent up to date, and therefore, from the Islamic Point of Fulfilling the Amana, we must make the Announcement since the Center, Land and the School Doesn’t belong to Anyone other than Allah and it is a WAQF that can not be sold, however , under the circumstances due to the deficit we might be force to close and sell
Unfortunately the council advisory board must share with everyone that has donated towards this project in regards to a major decision, that we may have to proceed with selling off the land and building in the event that we are unable to collect the budget deficit in the amount of $160,000 by March 1, 2021.
Understanding that religious institutions cannot be sold , however to leverage the assets in the property and for a bigger larger cause we might have to proceed with the sell of the property, and the proceeds will be donated to a Muslim organization
We would like to explain to major issues in this press release:
1/The donations raised in the past a few years and the purpose of the collections
2/ Selling the property and land
First , regarding the collections of the funds in the past few years. The funds were raised for the following purposes, in order for us to better explain the funds raised and the purpose of the fundraisers,
A) In 2018 the center and land were purchased for the amount of $2.2 million, $1 million was placed as a down payment and the balance was financed by the owner in the amount of $10,000 monthly owner financed, see the checks and contract attached
B) The second project $1,200,000 were raised to build the first and only Islamic school in the area serving K to 9th grade, The school obtained the licensing from the state in March 2020
C) In August 2020 funds were raised to cover the curriculums books, Islamic Box, salaries expenses to open the school
D) Currently we’re facing a $160,000 budget deficit that was the cause of closing the school for two months and currently re-opened October 16 however in the event the funds are not raised that we will be forced to close the school at the end of the academic year in May 1921 and proceed with selling the property and the land
Reasons for closing and budget deficit:
1/ AML Council center received a grant in the amount of $300,000 from the Islamic world bank after submitting the documentation, paperwork and the representative visited the center from Saudi Arabia however the grant was adjourned to 2020 and then in 2020 we were informed that it will be adjourned to a later date which caused a $300,000 budget deficit
2/ We received the pledge to cover expenses of for teachers as well as the classroom technologies and unfortunately after receiving one payment the daughter stated he was unable to fulfill the pledge leaving us with expenses for salaries and the cost of the classroom technologies
3/ Opening the school during the coronavirus caused a major blow to the student number of registrations which caused a huge impact on our budget deficit due to the loss of $7000 tuition per student
4/ The school opened with 10 grades which left us with a huge expenses on the salaries due to the wide range of classrooms and lack of enough students to cover the cost and expenses
5/ Due to the coronavirus many students had to withdraw due to their family relocation due to the coronavirus which caused a blow to the budget and the income impacted by the students withdrawal
Currently we have until March 1 to make a decision and raised $160,000 budget deficit otherwise we would be forced to close and sell to leverage what assets we may have in the property and the amount of the million dollar down payment.
We are optimistic that we’re capable and able to raised $160,000 to save the center otherwise in the event they were unable to raise the funds the property must be sold to donate please go to
We want to thank you all for your tremendous support over the past few years you could not have reached our goals without the grace of Allah than your support and we pray and hope that we are able to raise the funds two proceed forward with another school year and overcome our challenges however it is our duty to notify everyone that in the event were unable to reach our goal we are forced to leverage assets in the property and donate the proceeds to another Islamic Organization.
We are obligated to inform everyone who donated to this cause and supported us to inform you of two major issues to be clear beforehand .
