الحمد لله والصلاة السلام رسول الله،
عدنا أن نبلغكم جميع الأخوة والأخوات في آخر التطورات لموضوع شراء المركز الإسلامي في ولاية فلوريدا
قبل نقل الملكيه باسم المركز ، من ضمن الإجراءات ان يكون المبنى خالي من اي رهن ، او غرامات من المحافظه او الولايه .
في شهر ١ من سنه ٢٠١٩ ، تم إبلاغ المركز عن طريق المحامي ان المحافظه وضعت رهن على المركز بثمنانءيه الف دولار نتيجه مخالفات وضعت على المركز الاسلامي من ثلاث سنوات ، المخالفات كانت
١- تجديد مصف السيارات
٢-إصلاح الزراعة
٣- تجديد المظهر الخارجي للمبنى
٤- تركيب جهاز للإطفاء من الداخل
٥- تجديد اللوحه الخارجيه للمركز
ومع ان المركز قام ببعض الإصلاحات ، وقدم طلب تأجيل لبعضها ، الغرامات وصلت الى ٨٠٠ الف دولار
خلال أربع أشهر التي مضت كان المركز (وما زال ) على تواصل مع المحافظه لتخفيض نسيه الغرامات
وتوقيع موافقه لتأجيل تجديد المصف الى بعد الانتهاء من مشروع المدرسه في الخلف ، وإلا سيضطر المركز لدفع تصليح وترميم المصف مرتان بسبب التوصيلات المحتاجه من اجل مشروع المدرسه مثل انابيب المياه ، المجاري والكهرباء ،
اليوم بتاريخ ٢٤/٣/٢٠١٩ الموافق ١٧ رجب ١٤٤٠
وصل المركز الى اتفاق مع المحافظه بموافقه مبدءيه لتخفيض المبلغ الى ٦٤ الف دولار ، وتقديم الأوراق الى جلسه المحافظين للموافقة عليه ، تخفيض الغرامه ، او الرفض ، الجلسه قررت ليوم ١/٤/٢٠١٩
بعد إصدار القرار ، ودفع الغرامه وعند عدم وجود الى مخالفات ضد المركز ، سنستطيع باذن الله نقل الملكيه ، والى اليوم ، قد كلفت مصاريف المحامين في هذه القضية ٢٧ سبع وعشرين الف دولار
وباذن الله ، سوف نضع الأوراق الرسميه ، ويعد الجلسه سنبلغ الإخوه والأخوات بنتيجه الجلسه النهاءيه

To give the The brothers and sisters the update on the purchase project, upon doing a title search in order to transfer the property, the American Muslim Leadership Council became aware of a fine and liens from the county in the amount of $800,000, the fines were imposed by the county due to violations that was issued to the center years ago, and among the major issues or the following
1- The center building needed pressure washing and no painting
2- The center landscaping needed repairs
3- The center signage to be replaced or painted
4- And the parking lot to be redone, paved and striped
However, due to the ongoing construction of the school project and digging sewer lines, electrical, and waterlines we have asked for an extension on the repairs and a reduction on the fines, after four months of meetings, negotiations, and attorneys representations, the county have agreed to reduce the fine to $64,000, however the matter has to be placed before the board of commissioners which will do take place on April 1, 2019, in which they can either confirm the amount, lower the amount, or reject the proposal
We will keep the community posted, in the meantime the American Muslim Leadership Council have incurred almost $27,000 in legal fees in an effort to deal with this matter, please see the documents supporting the above attached
