AML Council Announce Monday March 11 First Day of Fasting

The American Muslim Leadership Council Center of Kissimmee (AML Council Center) announces that Monday, March 11th, 2024 will be the first day of the Holy Month of Ramadan and the first day of Fasting will be Monday and daily night prayers will be offered on the Center as well as Meals (Iftar) for those who are fasting will be offered Nightly at Sunset.

Imam Abu Farah Meets with West Side Sheriff Commander to Discuss Safety

Imam Abu Farah Helmi El Agha , the Imam & Executive Director of the American Muslim Leadership Council (AML COUNCIL L) met with the new Captain & Commander for the West Side Kevin Wilkinson and the outgoing Captain Fred Hinderman to discuss Safety concerns as well as making a safety visit to Izzadeen Academy.

During the visit to the center , the new commander visited Izzadeen Academy and discussed the future scheduling of “School Active Shooter” training to insure the Safety of the school staff and students .

In light of recent events in the nation and the rise of School Shootings , Imam Abu Farah stressed the importance of working close with the Osceola County Sheriff Office to prepare the school and conduct the necessary training needed for the school.

Izzadeen Begins Its Second Academic Year

Bismillah, Wa Sala Wa Salam Ala Rasul Allah Mohamd SAW, by the Grace of Allah Friday August 11th, 2023 was Izzadeen Academy first day of School.

This year the school was blessed to have double the registration numbers of the previous year and therefore, the student count has doubled to over 100 One hundred students. Furthermore, The school was blessed to add "Day Care, as well as VPK" to its grades services after receiving approval from the Department of Family and Children Services (DCF).
